My husband and I wanted to lease a new place starting this summer. We were looking for a condo with amenities such as pool, gym, sauna etc. Aside from these we had other must-haves such as South exposure, higher floor, bigger space, proximity to the subway, downtown location etc. We were looking for a real estate agent who we could trust and would understand our needs properly. At first we reached out to a few agents online but we couldn’t find anyone we thought we could trust; some were impassive to our inquiries, while others asked odd questions which had nothing to do with leasing/renting. Anytime we had a question for her she would respond within an hour or two. She would send us new listings every other day and would quickly schedule showings. After we finalized a place and closed the deal, we wanted to go back to take measurements and pictures of the place so that we could buy furniture. We were in a hurry and forgot to bring a measuring tape! To our surprise Yasmin had thought about getting one for us :)
